हमारी यात्रा

हमारी यात्रा,

                 क्या आपने सोचा है कभी कि हम कैसे हैं सांस लेते हैं, और कैसे छोड़ते हैं। भोजन कैसे पचता है छोटे से बड़े कैसे होते हैं, शरीर में हर एक बदलाव हमें नहीं पता कैसे होता है, लेकिन दुनिया में कुछ लोग हैं जिन्हें पता है उनके साथ यह परिवर्तन कैसे हो रहा है‌?

योगा तंत्र ने बहुत से मार्ग दिए हैं, साथ ही अनेक प्रयोग के द्वारा यह जाना जा सकता है। लेकिन सच में हमें इसे जाने के लिए सकता है, या यूं ही थोड़े से जिज्ञासा या इधर-उधर की बातें सुनकर हम मान बैठते हैं या पूछ बैठते हैं, जो विचार आया उसे देख सुन बगैर जाने उसका प्रभाव हमारे मन पर क्या होगा।

                                   तो सवाल यह है कि यात्रा क्या है और यात्रा से तात्पर्य क्या है । 

                                   या यूं कहें कि जन्म लेकर मृत्यु तक जो बीच का भाग है,अर्थात जीवन यह आपकी यात्रा है इसमें आप अपना ही निर्माण करते हैं। अस्तित्व की सारी शक्तियां आपके साथ है।  तो आप इसे आनंद लीजिए यह दुख लीजिए यात्रा को चुनाव आपके हाथ में हैं, क्योंकि हम अपने निर्माता को दें आप अपनी पिक्चर की हीरो विलन संगीतकार स्क्रिप्ट राइटर आप ही हो सारे किरदार आपके इर्द-गिर्द ही घूम रहे हैं, आप इसका मजा भी ले सकते हो या इसके माया में फंस कर दुख काम तो कर सकते हो या इससे मुक्त होकर साक्षी भाव में आप बुद्ध की तरह भी जिया जा सकता है।

           एक आम आदमी के पास हजारों समस्या और जीने के लिए रोज संघर्ष करना पड़ता है , तो क्या आप किसे चुनेंगे फैसला आपका है ? शांत होकर जीने को या वही पागलों की दौड़ को , हां जिम्मेदारियां तो सभी के ऊपर है लेकिन क्या यात्राएं सब ले कर पाते हैं ! क्योंकि यात्राओं के होश होना चाहिए बेहोशी में तो पता भी नहीं हम कहां जा रहे हैं , जागरण हमारा स्वभाव बन जाए तब यात्रा का उत्सव है , या यूं कहें  जीवन जीने मजा है। 

         मजे के नाम पर हर एक नशा है ,दुनिया में जो नशा चाहिए वह नशा मिलेगा , हां दुनिया पूरब से लेकर पश्चिम तक सब लोग नशे मिलेगा इतना नशा शायरी कभी पृथ्वी पर होगा होगा जितना आज नशा होता है इसे नशे का भी युग कह सकते हैं विज्ञान में जो उपलब्धियां की है वह तो बेमिसाल है इंसान ने भी नशे में सारी जीत हासिल कर लिया हर एक प्रकार का नशा शायद एक आदमी का जीवन कम पड़ जाए इतने सारे नशा आए हैं।

                                                    तो चुनाव तो हमें करना है कि हमारी यात्रा कैसी हो क्योंकि जीवन के बाद एक जीवन है उस जीवन के बारे में कुछ कहा जा सकता है कहने का वही अधिकारी है जिसने उसका स्वाद चखा अन्यथा सब बकवास होगा क्योंकि सुनने वाला भी बेहोश है बोलने वाला बेहोश है।

यात्रा तो चलती रहेगी...
